Happy Family NGO is a non-profit organization, performing socially useful activities, registered according to the Non-Government Organizations Law, license No 815/2004 by the Sofia District Court.

Happy Family NGO is registered in the Central Registration Database of the Non-Government Organizations with resolution No 83/28.06.2006, under number 20040212042. Happy Family NGO is accredited by the Bulgarian Ministry of Justice to engage in intermediation in relation to international adoptions.

Happy Family has an established network of experts, related to the field and the process of adoption. There are jurists, medical workers, psychologists and pedagogues, working for our organization. All of them are certified professionals. They have a long-time experience in the field of adoption, and are proficient with the Bulgarian Law and the International Legal Acts.
